The Health Resources and Services Administration requires services to convene the three workgroups of Primary Care Organizations Consortium to develop action plans and realistic proposals. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, with the American Academy of Pediatrics, 141 Northwest Point Boulevard, P.O.
