Higginbotham (205) 235-7323 (Site Code DAAC01) Furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with these specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof for modifications to chilled water systems in Buildings 7, 362 and 106 at Anniston Army Depot. Installation of Equipment required by this contract shall adhere to the following scheduling requirements: (a) all major items of equipment required for any one worksite shall be delivered and actually located at the worksite before any work begins at that particular worksite. Major items of equipment include chiller units and pumps (b) the work required to be done by this contract will only be done during the heating season, 1 November to 30 March (c) buildings serviced by the equipment included in this contract will remain occupied during the contract period. Contractor shall make provisions as required to keep all air handler units and heating systems at the jobsites operational during the performance period of this contract. Estimated magnitude of project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. One Job. Completion time is 365 calendar days from date of award.
