The government will provide technical requirements. Competition will be unrestricted. The magnitude for this project is over $10 million, a Construction Cost Limitation applies. Proposals will be solicited on a firm-fixed price lump sum basis. Performance and payment bonds will be required. SIC Code is 1521. The options may be exercised within 90 days after award of the contract. Offerors will have 45 days from the RFP release date to submit their proposals. Proposals will be evaluated based on the technical data, past performance and, price. Award will be made using best value source selection procedures in accordance with Air Force Appendix BB.
