Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, services and incidentals necessary to renovate interiors of 36 units in Circle Housing at Randolph AFB Texas. Work will include, but will not be limited to, renovation of kitchens, baths, bedrooms, repair and refinish hardwood floors, carpeting, removal of lead based paint and asbestos, insulation, replacement of HVAC, replace ceramic tile, remove and replace deteriorated exterior trim, resodding, construction of new carports and storage sheds, removing and replacing electrical wiring and fixtures, repair roof tile, painting, and replacement of hardware. The magnitude of the proposed construction is between $1 million and $5 million. The performance period will be 1095 calendar days. Funds are not presently available for this project. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after bid opening with no obligation to the offeror by the government.
