B -- MULTI-DISCIPLINE ENVIRONMENTAL INVESTIGATIONS AND SPECIAL STUDIES FOR MILITARY AND CIVIL WORKS PROJECTS IDENTIFIED BY THE FORT WORTH DISTRICT SOL DACA63-97-R-0002 DUE 110796 POC Contract Specialist RUTH A POWELL (817) 978-4412 (Site Code DACA63) Multi-discipline services are required for preparation of complete or partial Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, Environmental inventories and related special studies documentation; hazardous waste inventories and recovery plans; cultural resources investigations; air emission inventories, permit applications, and conformity analyses; multi-media environmental and occupational safety and health compliance audits/assessments; storm water pollution prevention planning; pollution prevention opportunity assessments, baseline environmental/human health risk assessments; and other scientific and technological investigations. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract for a base period plus up to four option periods. The maximum amount that can be obligated during either the base contract period or any of the option periods is $2,900,000.00. Work site may be at any location worldwide where the facility (Military or Civil) is operated by, leased to, or administered by the United States Government. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8999. Anticipated evaluation factors will be technical capability, experience, management capability, and price. The successful offeror must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Industrial Security Clearance for the handling and storage of classified materials. A secret clearance must be obtained before award of a contract. The RFP will be made available on or about 7 October 1996. Distribution of the RFP documents will be made strictly thru the Internet. There will be no printed or compact disk copies distributed to contractors.
