Purser, Contract Specialist, (407)380-4011, Code 27324, 12350 Research Parkway, Orlando, FL 32826-3224 Contractor Operation and Maintenance of Simulators (COMS) services with full supply support are to be performed for all Marine Corps Ground Training Devices for the next five (5) years at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA (MCAGCC), Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Oceanside,CA (MCB Camp Pendleton), Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kanoehe Bay,HI (MCB Hawaii) and Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific, Coronado, CA (EWTGPAC). Contract award is planned for Aug 1997. The requirement includes a FY97 initial performance period of 1-month mobilization and four (4) one-year options for FY98 through FY01, and 11 months in FY02 for a total of five (5) years performance. This is a negotiated procurement. Secret clearance required. RFP #N61339-97-R-0004 will be issued in Jan 97. Interested and qualified concerns are invited to submit written responses to this notice within 15 days of publication of this notice. Responses must include: 1) technical and managerial experience with the operation and maintenance of multi-purpose range complexes; 2) technical experience with Marine Corps related training devices (including hardware and software maintenance); 3) integrated logistics support experience, including experience with managing multiple sites; 4) whether your firm intends to bid as a prime or subcontractor; 5) pastperformance on Government contracts of like or similar nature; 6)cage code, establishment code (SIC 8711) and business size should be included when requesting a placement on the bidders list.
