This project shall include but shall not be limited to the following: Provide demolition removal and disposal of pavement to off base including but not limited to Asphalt Concrete (AC) pavement, base, subbase, subgrade and unsuitable materials. Provide new asphalt concrete pavement to include base as required to meet the grade. Provide proof rolling, and compact, recompact insitu base, subbase, subgrade to remain. All construction materials shall be disposed off Travis AFB property at an approved landfill. Issue date O/A 10 Oct 96. Estimated cost range between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance Period: 365 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Code is 1611. The related small business size is $17 million. This requirement is unrestricted.
