Interested paties may submit a letter of Intent including the following Information: 1. One paragraph description of the intended use for the site.2. Which portions of the site are included?3. Is the intent for Special Uses or outright ownership? a. If for Special Uses: i. How long is the Special Use intended for the site? ii. Estimated gross income and percentage return to Government. b. If for outright lands are being proposed for exchange, i. What resource lands are being proposed for exchange, potentially? 4. An estimate of the jobs created and revenue to the local community.
