The contractor shall furnish all personnel, management, and any other items necessary to provide custodial services at Fort Hood, Texas. Services will be required for approximately 236 buildings at Fort Hood, West Fort Hood, and North Fort Hood, Texas. The anticipated performance period of contract is 1 August 1997 thru 31 July 1998 with four - one year options. Anticipated issue date of this solicitation is 31 October 1996 with an anticipated date for receipt of offers of 4 December 1996. The proposed procurement listed is a 100 percent small business set-aside. Request for Solicitation No. DAKF48-96-R-0014 must be in writing and contain the following: Company name, point of contact, company address, phone number and fax number and must indicate that your company is not currently on the list of Parties Excluded From Federal Procurement or Nonprocurement Programs. A check in the amount of $20.00 shall accompany the request for solicitation. Checks shall be made payable to the Defense Accounting Officer and annotated with the solicitation number. The $20.00 submitted by interested parties for a copy of Solicitation DAKF48-96-B-0043 will be applied to Solicitation DAKF48-96-R-0014. No additional payments are required by these parties.
