Services at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio, 20 hours per week. The contractor will be required to examine all patients eligible for ENT care at this VA Medical Center, for both routine and emergency examinations and routine and emergency ENT surgeries. Perform routine ENT testing and examination as well as diagnosis and treatment of all and any ENT disorder. This includes, but is not limited to closed reductions, septorhinoplasty, laryngoscopy, excisions of tumors, and any other examinations and surgeries of an ENT routine. All ENT physicians entering into the contract must meet the credentialing requirements of this Medical Center and must be Ohio Licensed and Board Certified.
