The contractor shall provide the USMS a reservation for a minimum of 15 rooms and parking spaces for December 1, 1996 and for the duration of the Oklahoma City Bombing Trial. The hotel must be physically located within a three block radius of the federal courthouse downtown Denver, Colorado.
