The Library of Congress has a requirement to contract with an experienced firm to produce 16mm silent, black and white, positive prints. The Library will provide the 16mm silent, black and white duplicate negatives of each of the film titles listed in the Kemp Niver catalog entitled ''EARLY MOTION PICTURES: The Paper Print Collection in the Library of Congress.'' This 16mm Paper Print Collection consists of approximately 3,000 film titles, totaling 370,800+ feet. The Library will prepare approximately 3,500 to 4,000 feet of 16mm negative per week, constituting up to 100 reels of negative film per order. The contractor shall be required to provide a 7-day turn-around time for each group of films submitted for duplication. This will be a firm-fixed unit price contract.
