16 -- SPARES FOR THE PIONEER UAV POC Contact, Dan Owens, Phone (703)604-0903 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a fixed price contract for Pioneer UAV Ground Control C-Band antenna system spares, on a sole source basis, to Pioneer UAV, Inc. (PUI), 9 Schilling Road, Hunt Valley, MD 21030. PUI is the sole supplier of the Pioneer UAV Ground Control Station and is the only source with knowledge and capability to provide the contemplated C-band antenna system spares in the timeframe required.
