Work consists of providing all plant, labor and materal for the construction of a twelve story Federal Detention facility that includes full food service and medical area. Facility also includes covered secured loading dock area within the building. Site is located in Downtown Houston at the intersection of San Jacinto Street, Capital Street, Caroline Street, and Texas Avenue (across from old U.S. Customs House). This job involves construction based on metric dimensions. Performance period is 22 months. The magnitude of the project is over $10 million.
