The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division has a requirement for the analysis, design, development, production, and revision of training systems curriculum for existing and emerging general aviation weapon systems by utilization of the Instructional Systems Development Process (ISD). The anticipated award shall be an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with multiple awards. The awards will contain provisions for firm fixed price and time and materials delivery orders. It will include a base period and four options. A draft proposal will be released on or about 15 Nov 1996. Upon release, the draft request for proposal (RFP) will be posted on the World Wide Web at http://www.ntsc.navy.mil/contract/procure.htm.
