606-253-8892. The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a
nonpersonal service contract to the qualified individual or business
capable of providing advanced occupational drafting instruction to
inmates housed at the Federal Correctional Institution, Manchester,
Kentucky. Services include but are not limited to: providing
instruction and curriculum for students to obtain a one year state or
national certificate in drafting/blueprint reading, maintaining student
records, providing progress reports as needed, provide semester ending
reports, warrant the use of normal classroom practices. Requirements
include: certification as a vocational teacher, and one year experience
as a vocational teacher. The contract period will include a base year,
not to exceed twelve months from date of award, with four, one year
option periods for renewal. This is a nonpersonal service, not to
exceed 30 hours per week, and not a personnel appointment. The
anticipated number of sessions to be completed is 10 per week, with a
session defined as three hours. The anticipated issue date of
solicitations is November 4, 1996, with an anticipated receipt of
offers due by November 21, 1996. Requests for proposal solicitation
