The initial requirement is to provide telecommunications data maintenance services beginning 1 Oct 97 for the Directorate of Information Management (DOIM) at Ft. Sam Houston, TX, Camp Stanley, TX, Camp Bullis, TX and other tenant activities in the San Antonio, TX area. Beginning on 1 Oct 98, the contractor shall also provide all services required for the Operation and Maintenance of the Administrative Telephone Services (ATS), including, but not limited to, Switchboard Console Operations, Inside Plant, Outside Plant (Telephone), and Outside Plant (Cable).
