PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes furnishing of all necessary labor, material, and equipment to provide for the drain-down of waste oil tanks and piping, vapor freeing of tanks and piping, installation of tank manifolding and piping, installation of a transfer pump, new access platforms and grating, grounding, lighting, lead testing, tank painting, and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is $25,000 and $100,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 120 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and the annual size standard is $17 million. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
