authorized, without OPM approval, to establish medical evaluation
programs (including pre-employment, baseline, periodic and exit or
termination physical examinations and, where appropriate,
immunizations) to safeguard the health of employees whose work
environment may subject them or others to significant health risks due
to occupational or environmental exposure. The scope and magnitude of
these examinations will be predicted on an individual medical and
occupational history; documented or potential exposures to biological,
chemical, ergonomic and physical workplace stressors; or as medically
determined or indicated by a Colorado licensed board eligible or board
certified occupational medicine physician. Occupational Safety and
Health Evaluations (OSHE and OSHE related services) and Hazardous
Materials and Waste Surveillance. All sources responding to this
synopsis shall submit information relating to business status,
including identification as to whether they are small, large,
minority-owned, and/or woman-owned. The small business size standard
