Tennant, Jr., telephone (301) 713-0823 The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for 1680 MHz Pressure Commutated solid state radiosondes. The radiosondes to be supplied must be compatible with the Military version of the Radiotheodolite Direction Finding system (GMD-1). The envisioned contract will be on an indefinite quantity basis and will be for one year with four one-year options. The estimated quantity to be acquired per year is 2400 radiosondes plus or minus 25 percent. Solicitation 52-DGNW-7-90030 will be issued on or about November 18, 1996 and will close on or about December 18, 1996. Requests for the solicitation must be in writing. (0303)
