The ''Project'' which is the ''Work'' of this proposed contract is titled Composite Support Facilities Complex, Project JKSE959710, and is a combination of work on three separate facilities for the Montana Air National Guard, Great Falls, MT. Composite Communications and Security Police Support Facility: The work includes demolition and relocation of the existing liquid oxygen (LOX)/liquid nitrogen (LIN) storage and maintenance area. Construction of a new 16,700 square foot masonry block with brick veneer, single story building. Work includes site improvements, utility services, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and landscaping. The demolition of the LOX/LIN area consists of the removal of 7500 SF of 6'' thick concrete pavement, demolition of wire fabric fence, gates, and electrical ground bed, and a 240 SF pre-engineered steel building. Construction of new steel 750 SF LIN building and new 7500 LOX storage area. Squadron Operations Facility and Aircraft Maintenance Hangar Building: Work on these two projects consists of the alteration of two separate, existing facilities; Squadron Operations Facility, 17,100 SF and Aircraft Maintenance Hangar, 64,300 SF. Work includes demolition of interior walls, ceilings, electrical, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. Construction will include walls, ceilings, electrical, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, in-floor aircraft servicing utilities system, hangar dock radiant heat system, installation of doors, windows, case work, communications conduit and wiring. Special phasing requirements are required. The peformance period for this work is 540 calendar days. The estimated cost range of the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1541. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17.0 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. Bid documents are available on or about December 4, 1996. Only written requests for drawings and specifications, accompanied by a check in the amount of $250.00 will be accepted.
