Contractor will have the capability of providing, oxygen tanks, oxygen cylinders, oxygen concentrators, safety and user training, 24 hour emergency service and technical support. Primary service is for the northern counties of West Virginia but does include counties in Ohio, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Contract is from date of award thru September 30, 1997 with option to renew two (2) additional one year periods, subject to the availability of appropriations.
