Provide all labor, material, supervision, tools and equipment necessary for general repairs and alterations to Government owned and leased facilities in the State of Connecticut. This will be an Indefinite Quantity Construction Contract(s) with the ability to perform associated design services for construction projects ranging from approx. $2,000 to $100,000. The estimated cost of construction for a given year under this contract is approximately $500,000. Offerors will be evaluated using the source selection procedures/greatest value method outlined in the solicitation. The Government may make multiple awards and estimates making three (3) awards under the subject solicitation.
