Description of content: This Standard describes geometrical tests on straight-sided and gap-frame hydraulic presses in respect of deflection and gives corresponding permissible deviations. It deals with only verification of accuracy of deflection and does not apply to running tests of the presses (vibration, abnormal noise, electrical equipment etc.) and the presses' characteristics such as capacities, speeds etc. which shall be generally checked before testing the accuracy. 7.
