Patent and Trademark Office intends to purchase on a sole source basis an additional quantity of 125 licenses of PCMS Dimensions Elite software as well as 35 days of installation support services, one year of software maintenance and documentation. The requirement will be negotiated with SQL Software of Vienna, VA who is the manufacturer and only provider per authority of FAR 6.301-1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format described in FAR part 12.6 as supplemented by additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation document as a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, 52-PAPT-7-00005, incorporates all required provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acq. Circular 90-41 as if stated in full text. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this solicitation. A completed Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items shall be submitted with proposal, in accordance with FAR 52.212-3. A contract award will include the provisions of FAR 52.212-4.
