Waste must be disposed of in a country which is a signatory to the Basel convention. SP4420-97-R-0001 will be issued on or about 26 Nov 96. Approximate closing date is 14 Jan 97. This solicitation will result in a requirements type contract being awarded to one (1) contractor. This contract will have a 12-MONTH base period and two (2) 12-MONTH option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written delivery orders against the basic contract.
