The U.S. Army Missile Command has a requirement entitled Automation Support Services for the U. S. AMC Logistics Support Activity. In performance of this effort, the contractor shall provide non-personal technical assistance; operations research; automation studies; requirements/systems analyses; application/systems design; application/system software engineering and programming; test plan development, test support, and result evaluation; data and process modeling; systems operation and maintenance; integration/migration of data bases; configuration management; training; production of technical documentation; and providing visual information support to all LOGSA automation and information management initiatives. An Indefinite Quantity Time and Materials type contract is contemplated. The term of the contract will be for thirty-six (36) consecutive months from time of award. Each delivery order will specify the period of performance for that order; however, all orders or modifications thereto, shall be completed, performed, and delivered, by the end of the 36th month. The SIC code for this requirment is 7379. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses meeting the size requirement of $18M associated with the SIC code.
