The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to modify Contract No. DTFH61-94-C-00104 so as to divide a four-week-long course into 1-day to 5-day modules and begin presenting those shorter modules as soon as each one is developed and pilot-tested. It is estimated that under the modified contract there would be one presentation of the full four-week-long course, plus approximately 39 presentations of shorter modules. THE FHWA PLANS TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT MODIFICATION TO Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade & Douglas, Inc.
