Compound shall be a one part concentrated liquid product compatible with existing cleaning equipment and waste water treatment processes at Anniston Army Depot. Compound shall be a standard product of a manufacturer/supplier normally engaged in the production of chemical cleaning products of this type. The compound shall have a seal layer to reduce evaporation. It shall be an acid/solvent stripper and be a cold working solution. Full disclosure of the chemical composition of the compound shall be required with bid. Prior to award product must pass a limited performance test. First delivery against awarded contract must pass strict performance test prior to acceptance. Requirements type contract for a base year and two option years. Estimated quantity is 11,000 gallons per year. Deliver to Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, AL 36201-4199. Deliver within 14 days after receipt of each delivery order.
