The objective will be to identify any primary causes for the NULOs and UMDs and develop a process of corrective action. The work will be performed at the Defense Finance Accounting Service Center, Columbus Ohio. Occasional travel may be required. This tasks requires specialized experience with Navy accounting processes, and the Defense Logistics Agency's Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS) system (including how it functions with the Navy's Standard Accounting and Reporting System (STARS). The contractor should also be familiar with the DFAS-CO organizational structure and processes.
