NOTIFICATION TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE NACMA INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION AND

qualified and certified companies to bid for the NACMA independent
Verification and Validation System. The aim of this project is to cover
the acquisition and implementation of the NATO Air Command and Control
System (ACCS). This system will support all tactical air operation
throughout NATO Europe. Since the successful bidder may be required to
handle and store NATO Secret information, it is essential that all
nominated companies be in possession of a facility security clearance
of NATO Secret. All applicants must be certified to compete in NATO ICB
by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of Telecommunications.
