Upgrade current Nortel Meridian SL1 Option 61 telephone system processors and line station cards to the Option 81C, using the ''Evergreen'' approach at the Department of Veterans Affairs Domiciliary, White City, Oregon. Memory capacity will be expanded to accommodate the larger configuration and the wireless technology feature of the Meridian Option 81C. System shall be designed and constructed to give a 99.9 mean time failure rate. Contract award shall include, at a minimum, warranty (one year) after system acceptance and a 9 year follow-on maintenance requirement. Contract completion to be done 120 calendar days after contract award. Interested firms should request documents in writing to the Contracting Officer shown.
