The Health Resources and Services Administration is soliciting proposal to obtain Electorcardiogram (EKG) analysis services at approximately 180 Federal Occupational Health (FOH) Service Provision Centers (SPC) in 50 states and Puerto Rico. The anticipated volume of analysis is estimated to be 25,000 EKG's per year. This proposed requirement is for one (1) base year of twelve (12) months and four (4) option years. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. Solicitation will be issued on or about December 3, 1996. Closing date will be on or about January 7, 1997.
