All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and at the manufacturer's recommended frequencies. The contractor shall provide emergency response service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Period of performance shall be for one year beginning the date of award with four one (1) year options. The contractor shall perform all services under this contract in accordance with the ARI, ASHRAE, ANSI, smacna, and NFPA publications, and all federal, state and local Laws and applicable codes.
