DUE 112596 POC Contract Specialist - Gary Wood, 407-380-4972; Contracting Officer, Mary Lee Schuck, 407-380-4031 On call services for Operation and Maintenance of Simulators (COMS) services for a period of twenty (20) months to be performed on the Deployable Catapult Launch Trainer System devices located at NAS North Island, San Diego, CA and NAS Norfolk, VA, commencing 01 December 1996 through 31 July 1998. The Government intends to incorporate this effort, on a sole source basis, under the incumbents contract due to the nature of the services to be provided at the same location. The incumbent contractor is Reflectone Training Systems, 2908 Tampa West Boulevard, Tampa, Florida, 33634-2481. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
