Administration is looking for contractors who are qualified to do
construction of an Airport Surface Detection Equipment (ASDE-3) Radar
on the existing Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at Andrews Air Force
Base, Camp Springs, Maryland. The estimated procurement is between
$200,000.00 and $350,000.00. All requests for qualification forms
should be faxed on or before December 2, 1996 Fax No. (718) 995-5685 or

requirements are the following: A. Construction Phase One (90 calendar
days) 1. Submission of construction schedule and submittals. 2. FAA
review and approval of submittals. 3. Fabrication of new superstructure
including bracing, anchor plates, etc. 4. Ordering/acquisition of
materials required for construction. B. Construction Phase Two (90
calendar days) 1. Removal and disposal of asbestos caulking. 2. Removal
and disposal of existing ASDE-2 Equipment (Radome, antenna, pedestal,
motor, conduits, etc). 3. Demolition, removal and disposal of existing
