Contractor will be developing a Windows version 6.0 of the Planner/ Estimator & Funds Control System (PEFC) for the General Services Administration (GSA). This will entail converting PEFC from a MS-DOS based application to a Windows NT V3.51 application. Experienced professionals will perform analysis, design, coding, testing, installation, integration, and documentation to implement the Windows version of PEFC. Knowledge of both the microcomputer Local Area Networks and the various Graphical User Interfaces of Windows 3.1, 3.11 for Workgroups, '95, and NT is required with specific experience with Visual Foxpro and PEFC.
