The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Divison Point Mugu, California intends to issue a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N68936-95-G-0041 on a sole source basis with Hughes Aircraft Company, El Segundo, California. The procurement is for technical services for repair and maintenance, on-site on-call support services, and on-line telephone technical interchange support services for three User Console Interfaces (UCIFs) of the AN/ALR-67(v)3 CounterMeasure Receiver. Hughes Aircraft Company is the manufacturer of the above mentioned special test set equipment and maintains the proprietary data which is unavailable to other contractors.
