Vendor shall provide lockable metal containers for the storage of computer documentation. Service pick up and delivery service shall be provided on a weekly, monthly, and semi-annual basis. The transportation and storage environment shall have a temperature and humidity control system, 65 degrees F+10 degrees, and 50 percent relative humidity +10 percent. The vault area shall be protected by an automatic Halon 1201 fire suppression system or equivalent. The contractor shall possess the equivalent of a confidential clearance. Identification of messengers or authorized DMC employees shall be done through a coded system and photograph. Absolute verification, only bonded security personnel shall have access to the vault and all material shall be under guard or locked in the vault area at all times. The electronic security system shall have a UL Rating of AA for the vault area. All systems shall be on a totally independent dedicated security line. Emergency retrieval shall be provided for 24 hour retrieval to cover all emergencies. Carriers shall be trained in the handling of data processing materials. A computerized inventory control system assuring quick and accurate data recovery and a monthly report of all transactions furnished the DMC. Synopsis Number 97042.
