This is notice of intent to negotiate with Lambda Electronics, 515 Broad Hollow Road, Melville, NY 11747 on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 20 ea of a single output power supply p/n LZS-1500-3 brand name Lambda Electronics. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Lambda Electronics to avoid and prevent unncessary new development/engineering costs for required power supplies, which is compatible with the existing systems and equipment. Delivery is required FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Bldg 115, MS-9, St. Inigoes, MD 20684 within 30 days after contract award.
