The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment to effectively, efficiently and satisfactorily renovate the men's and women's washrooms (2 total) located in the center basement hallway. The intent of this work is to rehabilitate the two basement washrooms to the new building standard. The intent is to copy as close to possible; all fixtures, finishes, colors, heights, trim and accessories as those which are installed in the four washrooms on the 7th Floor. The intent also is to do so with as little disruption to the existing main plumbing connections, ceiling heights and overall room dimensions. The finished rooms shall be fully ADA accessible.
