Scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited to providing all labor, material, equipment and services required for renovation of existing lighting in two U.S. District Courtrooms and miscellaneous improvements including two (2) Alternates: (1) Clean all decorative painted ceiling work in courtrooms including flat ceiling, moldings and cornices. (2) Clean all marble in courtrooms including floors, walls, pilasters and capitals. The U.S. Courthouse is a National Historic Landmark and all work in the Courthouse must meet the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. All work is to be performed in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents. Offers will be opened privately. The number of proposals received, the identity of offerors, the amount of any offer or relative standing of any offer will not be disclosed. Responses are solicited on an unrestricted size basis in accordance with the ``Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.'' Therefore, responses from large and small business concerns will be considered. The completion time for this project is three hundred-sixty (360) calendar days: 192 Calendar days from Interim Notice to Proceed to Notice to Proceed with On-Site work and 168 Calendar days from Notice to Proceed with On-Site Work to Substantial Completion of Contract. Estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. The standard industrial classification code is 1731 with an average annual gross revenue of $7 Million for the last Three (3) years.
