The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervisions, and other items and services necessary to perform all work required to accomplish removal of construction debris and soil, including backfill, grade and seeding the area at the west end of the runway at Minot AFB, ND as defined in the performance work statement. Work is 100% General. The work is not in a restricted area. Performance period is 120 days.
