The new building will house inert ammunition and chemical, rocket, and missile trainers and will include an overhead crane and restrooms. The renovation will provide classrooms, storage, and administrative space. An elevator will be added to one of the buildings. Other work includes addition of 45 parking spaces, HVAC and fire protection renovation, lighting, architectural features, and asbestos and lead based paint abatement. Estimated cost range of this project is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. An advanced non-refundable fee of $100.00 (reduced size) and $175.00 (full size) is required for each set of specifications.
