This is not a request for competitive proposals. The purpose of this notice is to identify qualified sources to meet the Government's minimum requirements. Interested firms are invited to submit information including descriptive literature to the point of contact listed above. The information provided will pertain to this synopsis only. Any interested firm must submit appropriate data in two copies by January 24, 1997. The Government does not intend to pay for the information solicited or received.
