General Description: The work includes the removal and disposal of asbestos containing floor tile, pipe and fitting insulation, plaster, transite shingles, transite chimney covers and flue packing. The removal and disposal of lead base paint components from walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors, windows, cabinets, floors, hitches, nooks, railings, pipes, poles and soffit and fascia. The provisions of installing new, painting and encapsulating of items with non asbestos and non lead containing materials and incidental related work. Estimated cost range: $1, 000, 000.00 -- $5, 000, 000.00. The Sic Code is 1799 and the small business size standard is (7.0 million) are applicable to this contract.
