Also included in the project are: replacement of interconnecting piping between existing and new facilities; installation of four (4) inch concrete slab around new facilities; installation of electrical lines from existing service panel to new facilities; removal and replacement of chain link fence and installation of new chain link fence around site necessary for accomplishing other work; construction of groundwater relief trench and sump pump from new surge tank to the existing extended aeration treatment plant excavation; relocate existing comminutor from 10,000 gallon EA STP to new surge tank; and relocate service roadway around surge tank.
