Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A J&A for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. The procurement shall cover the following items: Qty. 1 each Dynatext WebPac DynaWeb server add-on license for HTML* client browser on the Web. Add-on WebPac, unlimited titles/perpetual license. Dynatext hotline and update service for one year plus hotline support. FOB Pensacola, FL. Delivery 30 days ARO. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting proposals. However, this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within 10 days of the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
