Sources are sought for a follow-on contract to provide a program for Academic Skills/High School diplomas at overseas military installations in the Pacific Area. The programs desired are High School Diploma Program (Fixed Class/Tutorial) and Academic Skills (Fixed Class/Tutorial). The basic period of performance will be 01 August 1998 -- 31 July 1999 with four one year options to extend the contract through 31 July 2003. Final solicitations will be issued on or about 13 January 1997 and will close on or about 23 May 1997. Questions must be submitted in writing NO LATER THAN 03 February 1997. A site visit to selected locations in Korea, Okinawa, and Mainland Japan is scheduled from 29 March 1997 -- 11 April 1997. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 20 February 1997 in Washington, DC.
