It is estimated that approximately 7000 acres will require services with varyin frequencies. Services/work will include, but not be limited to, grass cutting/mowing, edging, trimming, raking, sweeping, weed control, storm debris removal, and turf maintenance. Contract type is a firm fixed price contract consisting of base and requireent type line items. A base year with four option periods is contemplated with base period slated for 01 April 1997 through 31 March 1998. SIC 0782, size standard is $5M.
